We recently threw an incredible appreciation event for the top driver partners who powered through the most courses on the Zydii platform, a powerful display of their dedication to crushing their personal and business goals.
The Vision: More Than Just Rides
Brian Njao, Uber’s Country Manager for Kenya, has a clear focus: “Our vision is to empower and upskill driver partners so they can grow their small businesses,” he states.
“To deliver real growth opportunities, we launched a pilot learning program with Zydii. This gives drivers direct access to the relevant content and skills they asked for. Before building the content, Zydii went straight to the source: We surveyed the drivers to find out exactly what they wanted to learn! This direct feedback allowed us to develop custom, online courses tailored for their success.
