Self-belief is all about the mind. Your mind is the most powerful organ you possess in your body. In order to overcome your limiting beliefs, you must know and harness your Mind Power.
The MIND is the human consciousness that originates in the brain and is manifested in thought, perception, emotion, will, memory and imagination. POWER is the ability to direct or influence. Therefore, Mind Power is the ability to influence your thoughts, emotions and perceptions towards a certain direction in order to be successful.
In summary, here are some tactics that can get you started;
a) Make it a habit to affirm
Speak about your goals constantly. Declare positive statements out loud constantly repeating them to yourself even though your circumstances may not reflect what you say.
b) Create a Vision board
Create a vision board with images that represent what you want to achieve and look at your vision board daily-constantly visualizing your goals as if they have already come to pass.
c)Feed your Mind
Your mind is a garden that must be nurtured – the principle of garbage in, garbage out also applies. Feed your mind with information that is important to your goals and that is empowering in order to maintain your positive mindset.
d)Behaviors and Habits
Cultivate behaviors and habits for success. Remember, you do not have to be successful to start acting like a successful person
